Appointment, Fee and Refund Disclaimers

Fees

  • Notary Fee: $10 per stamp for each principal signer.

  • Travel Fee: Calculated based on the federal business mileage rate of $0.67 per mile (round trip) from the notary’s location to your appointment address, as indicated at the time of booking.

Appointment Changes

Customers can request changes to their appointment via the self-service scheduling assistant portal at any time before the appointment.

Refund Policy

We value our notaries’ time and commitment. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Full Refund

To receive a full refund, you must request it within 120 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If 120 minutes have passed since your appointment and we have not heard from you, a full refund will no longer be available.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The customer changes their mind about the service and requests a refund before the appointment.

  • The customer no longer requires notarization.

  • The customer is initially unresponsive but later requests a refund after the 120-minute deadline.

Service Fees

Processing and service fees paid to vendors and payment gateways are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, these fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
